We’ll work with you to determine the best strategy, assisting with pre-listing repairs and staging, marketing and photography and educating you with the latest market knowledge to help sell your home quickly and profitably. Sometimes new construction isn’t the best fit for all buyers … and that’s OK. We can help you find a home that perfectly fits your needs and doesn’t involve a 9- to 10-month build timeline. Danielle connects buyers, sellers, and investors across Middle Tennessee with results-driven service that is both personal and professional. She specializes in residential new construction, luxury listings, high-density land development sales, and everything in between. She and her husband Andy, a licensed contractor, own Holmes By Design. Together, they’ve bought, sold, renovated, and built several custom homes.Here are some fun facts to help you get to know Danielle better:
